Another weekend night with no dinner planned. Discussing our options, Hannah wants a warm version of ice cream.
"You mean like the leftover homemade birthday cake from yesterday?" Marc replies. "I thought we could have it for dessert."
"Oh." Hannah and I say back in unison. We could have gone for an afternoon snack.
We'll have to eat our tuna sandwiches first.
YUM! My girls and I will snack on good leftovers like dessert too! Much to the chagrine of my husband!
